Extend Security Capabilities for HP OpenView

The Sybari Smart Plug-in (SPI) is a powerful new module that enables Antigen® for Microsoft Exchange, Antigen®: for SMTP Gateways, and Advanced Spam Manager™ to provide critical security management data to HP OpenView Operations Manager for Windows.

By using SPI for Antigen in conjunction with HP OpenView, administrators can monitor events stemming from malicious code outbreaks and unwanted content or spam. Critical events including signature update failures or service failures can be viewed directly from the HP OpenView Console, which can be configured to provide automated alerts. Once alerted, users can launch the Sybari Client or Sybari Enterprise Manager™ from within OpenView to immediately take action, view additional reporting, or centrally modify Antigen security configurations on remote servers.
